The products listed in our store are INSTANT DIGITAL downloads. No physical product will be shipped to you.

Step 1: Purchase the product.
Step 2: Check your email inbox (or spam) for a message from desiree@eleven11mgmt.com that includes a PDF file.
Step 3: Click on the link to access the template in Canva.
Step 4: Edit the template.
Step 5: Download your finished design.

Most of our designs do include Canva Pro elements which does require the paid version of Canva. If you see the Canva watermark on an image, you can search for a free element to replace it with or upgrade to a paid account.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available. Your purchase includes a single, non-transferable license for personal and business use only. Reselling or distributing the templates is not allowed. By purchasing, you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions.
