Step 1: Purchase the product.

Step 2: Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for a message from Eleven11 Management that includes a PDF file. IMPORTANT: Please open the PDF-FIle in a PDF-Reader Program to access the template link(s)!

Step 3: Inside the PDF you will click the Download button to access your Canva template(s) or .zip files. There may be multiple download buttons on one PDF depending on what product you purchased. Be sure to click them all to access your purchase.

Step 4: Edit the template. NOTE: You will also find the link to our YouTube tutorials that show you HOW-TO-EDIT the templates or get additional support.

Step 5: Download your finished design.

✦ Templates are designed in Canva. COMMON KNOWLEDGE OF CANVA IS REQUIRED. We cannot guarantee the use of only free elements in our designs. A Canva Pro account is recommended. If you have a free Canva account, you may see their watermark where we have used Pro elements, colors, fonts, effects, etc. You can easily change out Pro features with free features if you do not want to upgrade to a paid account.
